500ml milk
40g butter
40g sugar
2g salt
225g flour
3 eggs (600g).
Sift flour
Add salt sugar
Stir
Make a well then add eggs
Break gently and incorporate flour slowly until thickened (don’t use all the flour)
Add a bit of milk bit by bit and continue incorporating the flour
Melt butter and add to the flour
Add flavouring-香草味香精少许
Let it rest for at least an hour
朋友给的原版英文配方,我一般做的时候减少了糖和黄油。最后一步需要置放至少一个小时,我一般早上做的时间不够,就直接用机器搅拌加静置20-30分钟,效果差不多。
